arena of the emotions. Spiritual Healing is
a cleansing of the soul. An inner bath of
light, insight, purification, Divine Love
& inspiration. A relaxing experience,
offering perspective & insight into your
emotional healing process, resulting in the
elevation of your well being.
We all can feel hurt or burdened from the
things we have been through or something going
on right now. We aren’t always taught to honor
or deal healthfully with our feelings. So...
we stuff them down..., we numb them out ...,
we distract ourselves ..., or buy ourselves
..., whatever it takes to temporarily make
the pain or stress, go away. Sadly, we are
just burying our dis-ease’s alive to fester
within us, & are getting farther away
from our authentic self. We dis-empower &
hurt ourselves on top of all the other pain
that we have been through, when we do not
honor who we are & what we are feeling.
Another issue that stops us
from reaching out for emotional support is
mistrust. We have all been hurt by trusting
someone that turned out to be untrustworthy.
Of course, that just adds to our emotional
baggage, making us more guarded & unwilling
to expose & express our vulnerability.
We need to resolve our hearts back to love...inner
peace...self-forgiveness...the forgiveness
of others...self-acceptance...especially to
loving ourselves & believing in our uniqueness
& purpose. I know the priceless value
& up-lifting power of trust.
